Aldendifer Joins Exmark ® Product Management Team

Beatrice, Neb. (February 16, 2005) - Exmark ® has added Mark Aldendifer as product manager for the company's aftermarket parts and accessories.

"Mark is a top-quality addition to the Exmark team," said Jeff Hallgren, director of sales and marketing for Exmark.   "Promotion of OEM parts is an increasingly important part of our business, and Mark's experience working with distributors in diverse markets will be instrumental to the success of our efforts."

Aldendifer comes to Exmark after more than fourteen years with Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company.   In his time with Goodyear, Aldendifer gained experience working in partnership with product managers at a number of the company's automotive and industrial customers.   In fact, his relationship with Exmark began as a function of his work at Goodyear.   The strong rapport that Aldendifer built with Exmark managers made him an easy choice when the company looked to expand its product management team, Hallgren said.

Exmark Manufacturing was incorporated in 1982 and has been engaged, since its inception, in the design and manufacture of mid-size commercial walk-behind and riding lawn mowers for the landscape professional.   In addition to designing, building and marketing quality turf care equipment, Exmark's goal is total customer satisfaction.   Products are sold to distributors, who in turn, market to dealers throughout the continental United States and Canada.
